Come into being of the contract

Sending your booking with the online form does not yet mean that this is a legally binding statement. Your booking is only a first contact. Any mistakes concerning the dates can therefore be corrected until the completion of contract.

When we got your booking you will get a confirmation either via e-mail to the address you filled in the form or by call (to the number you filled in the form). We will only answer to serious requests.

 

Details concerning the service will be agreed upon individually, based upon these terms of trade. The language of the contract will be German. A description of the common features of the service is given in the website

„charisma-escort.com“. The contract comes only into being when we agreed upon the crucial parts of the contract. The agreement can be made by e-mail, by phone or at the beginning of the rendezvous.

I will be pleased to accept appointments for escort on short notice, but I cannot promise that your chosen lady will be available at the required date. Therefore I recommend arrangements 2 or 3 days in advance, concerning travel escorts 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Please, make your appointment as soon as possible!

Cancellation of an outcall appointment will incur a fee equivalent to our Companion's travel expenses.

Cancellation or postponement within 1 hours of your confirmed booking will incur a 100 Euro  fee.

Cancellation upon your companion arrival will incur a 100 Euro fee or during the appointment will incur a 200 Euro fee.

Charisma Escorts request all clients to unconditionally respect the above Terms. Misbehavior and/or breaching our Terms will result in an immediate termination of the appointment without any financial compensation and a permanent ban from being eligible to use our services.

 

Charisma Escort ladies assume that you will meet them with due respect as a polite, cultivated and full aged gentlemen. Any form of violence, uncivilized and immoral behaviours, failure to comply with the normal manners and hygiene standards and all activities against the wills of Escort lady’s will immediately terminate all current bookings and contracts of service
All provided services by our Escort ladies until this point will be fully charged.

All illegal actions against our Charisma Escort ladies will be uncompromisingly reported to the police.

Charisma Escort reserve for themselves and as a mercantilist the right to decline booking inquiries and/or to cancel existing bookings for valid reason.

For security reasons no bookings can be considered without providing the following information:

Payment
Unless other agreements the payment will be made in cash in an open envelope at the beginning of the meeting.

If you decide for a short notice booking or a booking from abroad you could use the service of WESTERN UNION.„Payments will be immediately transacted. This service is provided in more than 190 countries and is also available outside office hours. Or use Credit Card payments.

If you book several days or if the arrangement requires a longer journey there, or if you book long time in advance I’d like to ask you to pay 40% of the agreed fee in advance, in order guarantee that you will keep the appointment. If the lady has to travel to the meeting, you will have to cover the travel expenses. The appointment is binding as soon as the agreed upon pre-payment has been made.

Travel expenses

Arrival by plane
A prepaid return ticket issued on the respective name is to be deposited at the counter of the respective airline, latest 2 days before the departure. If it is your wish, she will organize the complete booking for herself.

Arrival by car or by train
For appointments outside the hometown, our will charge the travel expenses individually according to the distance and the means of transportation (costs for taxi, gas, parking, train tickets etc.)

"Get-to-know date"
If an "Get-to-know date" with no commitments is wished (e.g. lunch or dinner), our Escort ladies will charge a flat rate of 250,- EUR plus travel expenses.
To arrange a rendezvous with our Escort ladies, we will need the following complete and honest description of your person:

Cancellation
Should the date be cancelled for some reason, please let us know this immediately since our escort reserved this time especially for you. Your advance payment will be held for the next planned date (within a period of 8 weeks). Should no dates be organized before then or should you cancel a date 72 hours or less prior to the meeting time, we will not refund your advance payment.

Any booked ticket and fares can not be refunded if you have decided to cancel. The reason for this is because unfortunately we can not return them

Data Protection
I guarantee 100% discretion. We regard a trusting and trustworthy collaboration as a matter of course.

I assure you of using your personal dates only for the contract. Particularly the dates will not be given to third parties. I will also not use them for advertising or marketing. By sending the online form you agree to using and working with your dates within the above mentioned.

I ask you to please respect your escort and be discreet regarding her identity. To keep the date a pleasant one, please avoid topics or questions concerning former clients or strictly private affairs.
